The Bottom Line: I would recommend this movie to anybody, whther your a comic book reader or not.
Spider-man 3 is the third installation in the retelling of the Spider-man comics. This time Spider-man comes face to face with one of the most infamous Spiderman villians, Venom, as well as the Sandman. In this movie Peter must also finally face the revenge and hatred of his best friend Harry, who has trained to be the new Goblin after his father died in the first Spiderman movie. As if three villians in one movie isn't enough, Peter also has to deal with troubles with his love life, namely the fact that he wants to ask Mary Jane to marry him. This movie is a good portrayal of many of the inner feelings of Spiderman, and shows how even some of the greatest superheroes have flaws and can make mistakes. This movie just reinforced my opinion that the casting of this movie was done perfectly, and Tobey Maguire delivers another great performance as the Web Slinger. It always amazes me how he looks so nerdy but got into great shape to fit the Spidey Suit. This movie has got lots of action, great special effects, a lot of emotion, and all of it culminates into a great ending. I think the final fight scene of this movie is one of the best superheroe/villian fights I have ever seen. From beginning to end, I found myself enjoying every second of Spider-Man 3.
