Once again SONY impresses me.

Great picture quality, smaller size than previous models.
Cons:
Will not accept some aftermarket batteries.
The Bottom Line:
Great product from a company that has a reputation for quality.

Author's Review
I already thought highly of my old Mavica CD200 (2.1 mega pixel) camera, of which I bought in the open box form and it worked fine up to the day I sold it. I didn't even want to sell it, but a friend of mine was so impressed with it, and had uses for it which he needed it for badly, so I sold it for $245 and put another $100 extra onto the money recieved, buying myself a newer and still on the shelf, CD350 model. I am super impressed with this one, the only problem I have had out of it is that it will not use my aftermarket batteries which worked fine in the 200 and are supposed to be the same for the 350, well the 350 would not recognize them and shut down after about 15 secs of being powered on with one. The picture quality is VERY impressive, the auto 3 point focus is nice indeed. I use this camera mainly for outings and car shows, as well as keeping logs of autobody projects and vacations. It has come in very handy, just as it's older friend the CD200 once did. I give it 2 thumbs up, thanks again SONY!
