Excellent entry level turntable

I bought one of these at Circuit City for burning my LP collection to CD. The turntable sets up easily, the automatic controls work well, the sound is good, and the price right.

This is a belt drive turntable that can operate at 33 1/3 or 45 rpm.

An added plus is the built in switchable phono eq. which means the output can be directly attached to a soundcard, rather than requiring an outboard preamp.

I was also pleasantly surprised to find that the turntable was quite impervious to vibrations ... even placed on a less than stable table it never skips.
