I purchased these headphones with my last MP3 player approximately one year ago. I was looking for something easier to carry than normal headphones, but something other than earbuds as I am not very fond of them. I gave these a try, and was pleasantly surprised. I especially love their portability.
The earphones fit comfortably around my ears and are lightweight. Even after long periods of use, my ears never hurt or felt uncomfortable from the plastic band that rests on top. I enjoy this style of headphones as earbuds are often uncomfortable or don’t fit properly inside my ears. This is a wonderful solution if you are looking for an alternative to normal headphones or earbuds.
Sound quality is very nice for this style of headphones. I was pleasantly surprised, as I was not expecting them to be as good as normal banded headphones. They sound good regardless of the style of music played, with little static or interference.
As with most headphones, do expect outside noise to interfere quite a bit though. On average the headphones worked great, but if you are around loud noises often, they may drown out your music unless you turn it up louder, which is of course harmful for your hearing.
All in all, these headphones are wonderful. I am about to purchase another pair, as the foam on mine accidentally got torn and ripped off after putting them in a bag and getting jostled around with other items. They have held up great otherwise, and only due to me being in a rush did I mess them up. Looking forward to another great pair of ear headphones.
