Review: This is the best DVD/VCR I have ever had. You can easily switch from DVD to VCR. It also displays the title of the show your watching on TV. I would not hesitate to buy it again.

Review: In a nutshell: the codes to control this system with other remotes don't exist. Per Sony the only thing that will control this is the remote with which it comes.

Combo device that must be treated as 2 devices by receiver: What's the point?

STAY AWAY FROM THIS MACHINE

The Bottom Line: Do not buy this product it just doesn't work and ends up being a waste of money.
Review: FIRST THE DVD PLAYER HAS NEVER WORKED GREAT. THEN RECENTLY IT DECIDED TO GET PICKY AND NOT PLAY SOME DVD'S AT ALL. MORE RECENTLY I PUT IN ONE OF MY CHILDREN'S DVD FOR THEM TO WATCH. IT WOULDN'T LET THE MOVIE PLAY BECAUSE THE PARENTAL SETTINGS...
