Pros: HD picture quality, rear connections, styling, viewing angle, color contrast and "wow factor".
Cons: SD picture quality just ok, heavy and amongst the most expensive LCD's.
The Bottom Line: If you want a high end LCD TV that offers full 1080 picture quality and don't mind paying for it, this is the TV for you.

Review: I purchased my Sony KDL-46XBR2 (Bravia) from J&R Electronics in lower Manhattan about two weeks ago and I've been doing my best to scrutinize the television for the purposes of this review. For the record, I purchased my for a total price of $2,620...

Pros: Great beautiful vivid colorful picture, unique design, brand reliability
Cons: no PIP
The Bottom Line: The only better TV is probably SONY XBR 52"
This reviewer recommends this product.
Review: First of all before you buy this TV you have to make sure to paint your room in a nice relaxing color, buy some nice rich looking furniture and get rid of any TV stands. Make sure your room is big enough too. Get a nice 4 poster bed and a dresser...

Pros: Beautiful in appearance and picture quality. The best picture of any television.
Cons: Hard to navigate menu.
This reviewer recommends this product.
Review: The menu and settings for this machine are, to be frank, not the easiest thing to manage - but it can be done. And once it is done, you have the best picture in any tv, ever. I went to the store and looked at every single tv hanging on the wall, all...

Pros: In HD, a superb picture and sound. Make sure you set everything up correctly.
Cons: In analog, only OK. Make sure you have HD service before buying.
The Bottom Line: Again, If you have suitable HD programming to keep you occupied, this TV is the bomb. If not, then think projection or plasma.
This reviewer recommends this product.
Review: I must start out by saying that my father has purchased this TV, not me. I can't afford to drop north of $2,500 on a TV, no matter how nice it is. I have, however, spent enough time watching it to have arrived at some conclusions.

Cons: Mastering all the features is difficult at first.
This reviewer recommends this product.
Review: This is an excellent television, picture is clear and the color is perfect. We bought this for ourselves for Christmas and have been very pleased. It has taken us a bit to get the hang of all of the features but once we did it has been wonderful to...

Pros: Good Contrast, Wonderful Picture Clarity, Fast Moving (No Pixilation)
Cons: Expensive
This reviewer recommends this product.
Review: Sony's newer version of last years XBR1 is another win with LCD. This year's is true 1080P with LCD flat panel unlike last year with projection. The contrast is amazing compared to other LCD's which have serious problems with creating pure black...

Pros: clarity and detail of picture both from HD cable and upscaled DVD.
Cons: somewhat expensive compared to the competition
This reviewer recommends this product.
Review: I purchased the Sony 46" BXR2; it's pricey but worth the money. The pictures from DVD (Sony Dream System) are very vivid, as are the high-definition channels, notably Discovery Channel. The standard-definition channels aren't much to look at in...

Pros: good tv when it works
Cons: six hundred fifty bucks to keep it working

Review: When the TV works, it's good. Mine broke three months out of warranty and the repair was very expensive. That has been my experience.
