Sony HT-DDW790 Theater System

We recently purchased this system to replace our 15 year old Sony receiver, and to enhance our Sony Wega TV. I am very pleased with the audio, but the bass could be a bit deeper. The system was easy to set up and unlike similar systems, there was plenty of wire on each speaker. The auto calibration feature is definitely functional. The size of the speakers shouldn't be a deterent, as they're plenty strong, and deliver quality sound. The surround sound quality is spectacular.

There are a couple of drawbacks, one being that the receiver doesn't have electrical outlets to plug in components [i.e., DVD, CD players etc.] and for those of us still listening to LP's, the receiver is not turntable compatible. Other than that, it's a good bang for the buck.
