Good value for the price

KDF-55XS955 was the right size for our new family room. Standard broadcast on 40" wide screen feels pretty much the same size...

The Bottom Line: Be sure to ask the right questions before you spend your money. "Will smoke have a major affect on the picture within a couple years"?
Review: If you are considering buying this or any type of projection TV be aware that if you or anyone in your home smokes it's very likely to affect the performance of your TV. Your salesman may not tell you this as "they don't feel the need to disclose...

Review: Cablecard does not work. Been through it with the cable company and have determined it is a Sony problem. The number given with the documentation for help at Sony calls their PC division and they can't get you to the TV folks. They scheduled service...
