Does the job!

These headphones work very well! My daughter wears them in the car when viewing her TV or listening to the car stereo's backseat passenger system. When she has these headphones on, she does not complain about my husband and I talking too loud or about our music on the radio. We can hear what we need to hear, and she hears only what she wants to hear. The headphones do need one AAA battery for the noise canceling feature to work, and you have to be sure to turn the the switch of the canceling feature off after you've finished using them. Otherwise, the battery will quickly drain. The battery compartment is on one of the "arms" of the headphone set. The headphones are very nicely padded, and they will fit comfortably on little ear and big ears. The pads look to be very durable, and they don't look like they can easily slip off, like cheaper headphones. The protective covering of the wiring looks to be durable and thick, avoiding possibility of wiring shortages. The headphones also feature a flexibility feature to accommodate different sizes of heads. There is an adapter included in the package that will accommodate airline systems, but there is a warning that it may not accommodate ALL airline features. Also included in the package are a set of instructions and product features. The instructions and product feature information are very helpful and easy to read. Again, these headphones work well when you're trying to block normal levels of noise. They were well for things they were intended for. I paid $39.99 at Toys R Us for the headphones.
