The TRV37 is one of the best analog camcorders on the market. It is extremely easy to use, and it has a ton of useful features. This camcorder has the most advanced title system that I have ever seen on any camcorder. It is easy to take this camcorder with you anywhere you go because it is so small and lightweight. I like the nightshot feature because it is helpful when you want to record in a dark place that doesn't allow lights, and when you do use the light you will see that it makes your videos extremely clear and vivid. This camcorder does not have a very big digital zoom, but this does not really bother me because digital zooms make the picture quality deteriorate.
I do not like the way that the battery has to be charged while it is attached to the camcorder. This is in no way a reason not to buy this camcorder because I have noticed that virtually all new camcorders use this method of charging a battery. If this is something that particularly annoys you, you can buy a charger for about $30 at almost any electronic or department store.
The TRV37 is perfect for anyone from amateurs to professionals, since it is so advanced but still very easy to use. So in the end, if you are looking for a camcorder that is worth every penny of what it costs, the Sony TRV37 is definitely worth taking a look at.
