Sony SPP-A2770 2.4 GHz 1-Line Cordless Phone

i think this design has been discontinued; i don't think sony makes telephones anymore. i bought this at a reduced price when the stores were getting rid of them. you'll be hard-pressed to find this phone anywhere except for on the web.

overall, the design of this phone is pretty good. i like the option that you can check your phone messages using the handset. with other phones, sometimes the ear piece doesn't work and forces you to talk with the mic literally in your mouth. but not with this phone...don't have to contort your mouth to get enough volume into the mic. sometimes, i'm successful switching between handsets, but could never really get the hang of it. this phone doesn't allow you to use multiple handsets during a call. you have to pick up another phone brand to get two people to talk on one side. other than that, good phone especially for the price that i got it for.
