sonic's still rolling

After 10 years of stardom,the little blue hedgehog is still rolling,and sonic adventure2 (SA2 for short) is quite possibly the best sonic game ever made.SA2 offers great level design and good graphics as well as a simple yet exciting story.While most people complain about the Knuckles/Rouge levels,i think their levels are the best designed.The knuckles/rouge levels arent very easy,they are Treasure hunting levels and that makes them a bit more difficult than others,so if you want something that is boring and easy,go get a cake mixer.The sonic team designed SA2 to pose a challenge,to keep people "into the game" and to have a high replay value,and that is just what they did.What makes SA2 different from SA1 is tat you simply dont clear the game with one character at a time,you play as the dark-side or the hero-side.The Characters include heroside-sonic,tails and knuckles.The darkside-Shadow,dr.robotnik (comomly called eggman) and rouge.The characters you may not be familiar with are Rouge and Shadow.Rouge is a bat like creature that has the same abilities that knuckles has (ie-gliding,climbing and diging).Shadow is a science experament created my dr.gerald robotnik (eggmans grandfather) gerald robotnik wanted to create the ultimate life form.Shadow shares the same moves as sonic (ie-grinding on rails,swinging from poles and the ever popular homing attack).Also like SA1,SA2 has an A-life system.for those of you that dont know what i'm talking about,i mean chao's.Chao's (pronouned chow) are little blue creatures that you raise.when you have a chao,you can do many things,you can race it,take it to school,take it to the doctor,feed it,and breed it (yes,I said breeding).Also,whenever you destroy an enemy,they turn into a small device called a chao-drive that you pick up and give to your chao,chao-drives are color coded devices that raise your chao's statistics.Also,different animals are found within the levels and you can give those to your chao and they will take on certain features of that specific animal,and if you have an official sega VMU (visual memory unit) you can transfer your chao to it and play a little game on it (chao adventure 2).So SA2 has many interesting features that will make you not want to put the controller down,and will provide you with endless hours of good,clean fun.WHile SA2 is made for 1 players,you can have just as much,if not more fun in the 2 player mode.oh,and did i also mention that like SA1,SA2 also has power-ups to make the game that more interesting.i think anyone without a dreamcast should go get one and anyone without SA2 should go get a copy,cause most of you already know,the dreamcast system and games are going to be discontinued.So go get this game now,before it is no longer for sale.
