Great CD

Pros: Man its all sooo good.
Cons: With the exception of one song "High Tone Woman," this is great.
Review: Well cowboys and cowgirls this is one CD you will need to add to you collection. I think every song on here could be a hit. My favorite is "Somewhere Down in Texas." This explains George's life in a beautiful melody. "Seashores of Old Mexico," ...

Where's King George? Somewhere Down in Texas

Pros: "Texas," "Somewhere Down in Texas," "Good News, Bad News."
Cons: This album sounds a bit boring in some parts.
The Bottom Line: Though the album is a good one, George sounds like he didn't give the songs his all. Not like he usually does.
Review: Somewhere Down in Texas is full of great songs but what strikes me this time around is the fact that there seems to be a feeling of finality to the songs, especially in the title track. It makes me wonder if George Strait is thinking about ...

Pros: She Let Herself GO...
Cons: Too much of the same thing over and over and over
The Bottom Line: Just didn't find anything FRESH AND NEW. Liked She Let Herself Go. The CD seemed to me to be too much of the same thing over and over.
Review: George Strait is easy for the majority of country music fans to love. From his lanky, cowboy frame to his kind and gentle eyes, ... and that amazing voice of a true country music superstar, there is not a lot to complain about in this clean-cut country ...
