Pros: Great customer service, quiet running motor

Cons: Same parts keep breaking, not very dry pulp/ not enough juice

Review: We've owned this juicer for about 3 years and have had to have 3-4 pieces replaced and need to have 2 more sent soon. The same piece continues to break (we're on the third time now). Granted we're juicing 5 lbs of carrots per day, which can be tough on ...
