Review: I purchased this product from Fry's Electronics (Outpost.com on the internet). I picked it because it had the 12,000 BTU output and was normally priced at $549.00, but was on sale for $499.99 with a $50 rebate. Thinking that you get what you pay...

Review: Didn't cool even 1 room adequately.
Broke after 1 year, displaying an E4 error message. Which means it was leaking refrigerant.
It took weeks to actually get anybody to respond and then I got a lot of excuses about how the customer service...

Cons: Everything you want in a good air conditioner.

Review: I thought this 12,000 BTU AC unit would be enough to cool a 12x10 room but it did not. Not only did it not cool (unless you count holding your face directly in front of it) but it leaks water and is VERY loud.
