Pros: Performance and Appearance are GREAT. Not a big ugly unit stuck in your window.

Cons: Wish casters were larger to work on carpet better.

The Bottom Line: I would highly recommend this unit to anyone that has a need. I am very happy. Reliability will be determined in a few years but so far its great.

Pros: Fills an important niche, reasonable noise level, good controls. Great functions (a/c, heat pump, dehumidifier)

Cons: If one honestly evaluates their needs against the units features, there should be none.

The Bottom Line: If one needs portable 13000 btu a/c quickly, or because of other restraints, this unit is a good choice. Make an honest evaluation of need vs. features; avoid wishful thinking.

Pros: Strong air conditioner. Satisfactory heat pump.

Cons: 1 Drains water. 2 Creates a negative airflow in the building that defeats the heater.

The Bottom Line: Use a bucket, it produces water. I knew that and still bought it.
