poor customer service, not a 45 bottle cooler

We bought this cooler with the understanding that it could store 45 standard bottles of wine...no way! You need unusually low shoulder bottles or no where near that many fit. If you try to put standard bottles in, in addition to less, they end up crooked. It took 3 phone messages and 2 e-mails over a three week period before anyone responded to me. Do not buy this cooler.
