Pros: great graphics, great physics engine, great gameplay, INSANE GORE!
Cons: pretty heavy (good options to fix it though), no pixel-shader
The Bottom Line: I am truely amazed by this game. It takes the lead on a lot of fronts when it comes to games, and the gameplay itself is also fantastic.
Review: Intro:
If you are familiar with the first version of SOF you will remember it was quite a bloody game, with easy movement and tons of action.. Well, I can tell you the second version has exactly the same feel while playing, and they improved... |

Pros: Graphics, User Control, Story Line of Game, and Great Maps for DM!!!
Cons: Can't stop the Other players from Cheating....????
The Bottom Line: I like to use that stuff to set Booby Traps... he he he.. I'm just so sneaky...
Review: I had never heard of this game..... It's best to say that, For a while, I had Stopped playing Games on my PC... then one day, I pulled out an old favorite... DOOM.
I was one of those people who FIRST started playing DOOM, back in 1995... first... |

Pros: ACTION PACKED THRILLER!
Cons: Maybe a bit too much gore
The Bottom Line: If you are over 18 get this game, if not, stick with Quake, UT, and Half-Life
Review: If you thought Unreal Tournament or Quake III was a bloody game, this game is not for you. Solider of Fortune has managed to knock off Kingpin as the most violent game ever. This game is so violent that it would make satan puke. Well, here's your...

Pros: Gore(?), wicked gun fights, intense action, multiplayer
Cons: Huge system requirements, gore(?)
The Bottom Line: Repulsive but oh so much fun.
Review: Abandon all tactics that you may have used from the original Soldier of Fortune, because Double Helix is almost nothing like its predecessor. Unlike the twitchy trigger finger tactics of the original SOF, SOF2 relies more on tactics and, to a lesser...

Pros: Great Graphics and sound. Very fun multiplayer on the internet.
Cons: Some places want $50 or more for the game.
The Bottom Line: Conclusion- For any hardcore gamer, this is a must to your collection. Not for the qwezy stomach, it's my turn to play Mario type person.
Review: General- I believe its important to know a little about the person doing the reviews, so here's mine. Myself, I'm an 40 something internet gamer, and mostly play all my games vs others over the internet. Most all my games are first person shooters, mixed...

Pros: excellent graphics, amazing gameplay, just all round amazing
Cons: non really, long loading time
The Bottom Line: One of the best games of all time
Review: Soldier of fortune is the kind of game that only happens once in a lifetime, the graphics on this game are astronomical. You are a cop and terrorist have stolen a nuclear weapon, you job is level by level you must stop these criminals before its too...

Pros: Great Story
Cons: Sound id good...but nothing too special
The Bottom Line: buy this game!!!
Review: General/Summary: All in all the game is good, However it does have many bugs in it and is waiting a patch to be almost perfect. In a post from earlier up the list, someone stated that the cinematic cant be skipped. Well they are wrong in the manual it...

Pros: Intense Graphics
Cons: Very High System Requirements
Review: Soldier of Fortune had me impressed at its very opening scene in the demo. My mouth dropped as soon as I saw the graphics and I found myself wiping off the drool from my lower chin. As the in-game cinema continued I laughed when I saw the high content of...

Soldier of Fortune; When Doom meets Swat 3!

Pros: The graphics are very good, and the sound is pleasing to the ears.
Cons: Pretty bloody. Not very good for younger gamers.
The Bottom Line: I recommend it over games like Doom and Duke Nuekem. Unlike these other shoot 'em up, blow 'em up games, this game actually has strategy and a purpose.
Review: When I play Doom, I wonder where the plot is, and when I play Swat 3, I wonder where the gore. My wondering was over when I put in this CD and began to play this game. I also knew this game was a winner when the violence disclaimer came on (Yes, this...

Pros: Exciting, Challenging, Fun
Cons: Need Special Type of Video Card
Review: I purchased this game because I am an avid computer gamer and one that specifically enjoys the "shooter" type. SOF is the best out there. After Half Life came out it was questionable wether or not anybody would improve upon the provocative...
