You need this sling!

I did not plan on buying a sling because as a rule I am not an attachment parenting type. However, my sister in law sent me her infantino slingrider since her son had outgrown it, and am I ever glad! This is tied with my Moby Wrap for my favorite baby item that I have. This sling is attractive to carry (I have the black/toile fabric) and seems very comfortable for the baby. It is also comfortable for the mom with the padded shoulder strap. The only problem I have with this carrier is that one of the buckles digs into my shoulder blade, but it only seems to be a problem for me not for my husband when he wears it. My baby seems very secure and safe in the sling and the buckle system is great. The buckle system consists of three wide soft straps that velcro one between the baby's legs and one that comes from each side. I love to use this sling when I go for walks and prefer it to my stroller anyday. Also it is great for carrying baby hands free when I need to cook or clean. Nine times out of ten that I use this she falls asleep, even if she was upset before putting her in the sling. Overall it is a great product, easy to use and keeps mom and baby very happy.
