I Love It!

I am a two time consumer of Simplicity products. I must say I am and have been a satisfied customer. I purchased an Aspen 3-in-1 back in 2004 It was easy to assemble and very pretty I converted it with no problem and it was very sturdy for my son who is now three and it survived two moves. I am now pregnant again and after switching my son to a full bed I wanted to reuse the 3-in-1 for my daughter. I discovered I had lost a piece from the mattress support so I got on the internet to contact the manufacturer and found out about a recall on the mattress support. Customer Service was the best they were friendly and very cooperative. I explained that I was missing a piece and they concluded that they would replace my bed with a new 4-in-1. They mailed it out to me free of charge in a matter of days and even paid to have the parts from the 3-in-1 returned to them. I love the new bed it is beautiful and it was easy to assemble me and my 18 year old niece put it together all tools and parts were there and available as well and I love the mobile it is a perk the drawer is better than the one in the 3-in-1. Once again I love it and I am sure my daughter will too. I would not only recommend the bed but also the company they Rock!
