SimpleTech just NOT reliable!

Pros:  320G external hard drive, nice color

Cons:  well, if it stops working in less than a month, not worth buying!

I bought my 320G simpletech less than a month ago, and this weekend it just stopped working. I am under warranty so have no problem in getting my money back BUT of course i had already downloaded photos into the drive that i deleted from my camera cards.
I called their Tech support and they basically offer NO help except giving me a new product.
