Beautiful Lens

Pros: Solid build, fantastic results.

Cons: It's a big lens and it's heavy, can't think of anything else.

This is an absolutely gorgeous lens.

The whole lens feels very solid with it's metal construction. Despite this it's still slightly lighter than it's Canon equivalent, although this one isn't image stabilised.

The operation of the zoom and focus rings is spot one and the AF is very smooth and quiet. The quality of the images are top notch from the 70mm right through to the 200mm end. The lens does not change length at all and it comes with it's own lens hood.

If you can't afford the Canon Lens (or don't have a Canon camera), this lens is the best you can get in it's class
