The Bottom Line: This coming of middle age tale resonates with yuppie despair, is pretentious and boring at the same time. The moments of real comedy are not enough to save it.

"Road Trip"...For Devious, Slightly Morose Adults

The Bottom Line: Taking the slightly lighter side of midlife crises than most films, "Sideways" should be the "buddy film" of choice for adults too old for "Road Trip".
