Perfect for the Audio Enthusiast

by   tribestros ,  Dec 26, 2008
Pros: Astonishing clear audio, little T.H.D., well-built construction, sound isolation not cancellation.
Cons: Fit may require more time than average listener may want.
The Bottom Line: Perfect for the audio and music fanatic, clearest audio and best construction with sound isolation not cancellation.  For best audio, proper fit is required.
Review: I have gone throw many pairs of headphones ever since purchasing my iPod Video. The very first ones I purchased-a pair of Bose headphones, were an utter disappointment. The audio seemed fine at first, until I heard other brands of headphones. Not to ...

The best headphones for me

by   sundevil391 ,  Mar 16, 2009
Pros: Very comfortable, reasonable sound quality, come with short and extension cord
Cons: none
The Bottom Line: Highly recommended. It's the best headphones I've ever come across.
Review: First of all, let me tried to explain a bit about my experience with the other 20+ pairs of headphones I bought over the years. I've tried the one that cover my entire ears (Bose On Ear Headphones) which is probably the most comfortable ...

Excellent Sound ... When Used Right

by   dcowles1 ,  Dec 25, 2008
Pros: Great balanced sound
Excellent external noise cancelling
Rugged and durable
Cons: Might be better sounding phones, but I haven't heard them in this price range
Review: I read other reviews dissing these headphones, and I have to say I've had a completely different experience ... I believe bad reviews on these are because people use them incorrectly. These headphones go in the ear canal, and you need to compress the ...

by   SimianFox ,  Nov 19, 2007
Pros: Excellent sound quality, very comfortable, Nice modular cable design, Sound Isolation is very effective
Cons: Expensive, Some may find bass lacking
The Bottom Line: Great pair of earphones that sound awesome and are very comfortable. Some may be turned off by the high price, but I believe its worth it.

Shure SE210 Headphones - Nice but the chord is a pain

by   redcell6 ,  Apr 5, 2007
Pros: Nice highs, mids and lows. Noise reduction is great. Don't have to crank the music.
Cons: Chord is clumsy. Forget trying to sleep on your side.
The Bottom Line: If you can try before you buy, do it. By all means, consider the SE210's.
Review: (Note: Review updated 4/16/07 which reflects some "second thoughts" on the bass response of these earphones after additional time was spent with the product.) I bought a pair of these a couple of weeks ago while traveling. I've always heard great ...

Pros: Sound quality, noise isolation, comfort

I like my nano headphones better.

by   echo-oche ,  Oct 26, 2007
Pros: Aesthetic design, actual fit, and sound isolating properties.
Cons: No mid or bass. A personal waste of 120$. I like my nano phones better.
The Bottom Line: Two thumbs down from me. I was very hopeful that these would provide an enhanced listening experience, but I prefer my nano's stock earphones better.
Review: I purchased these in an attempt to improve my listening experience. However, the lack of bass and richness of sound left me feeling like I completely wasted $120.00. I have been under the impression that these would make my listening experience ...

SE-210: Poor value

by   david91107 ,  Apr 27, 2007
Pros: The case is cool. This generation is more comfortable than the last.
Cons: Sound quality Over the ear cord is awkward Cord extender is poorly thought out.
The Bottom Line: See if you can get a demo before you buy. If I had I would not have purchased these. The sound quality is bad at any price.
Review: I have just purchased my second pair of SE-210's. Not because I liked the first pair so much I wanted a back-up pair, or because I lost the first set, but because I could not believe that first pair weren't defective. I returned them two days after ...

Great Feel and Cord for IPhone, Terrible Sound

by   rem442 ,  Nov 4, 2007
Pros: Used with the Shure MPA, it makes cord management easy.
Cons: There is absolutely no bass/low end to this headset,
Review: I like the cord on the set, it works well with the Shure MPA hooked to my IPhone. At the cost of the SE 210, I certainly expected exceptional sound, BUT, there is absolutely now low end, no bass at all and very little mid range. If you are looking to ...
