Sharp YO-P20 Organizer

Pros: Inexpensive, does the job. Easy to use. Many functions available

Cons: Visibility not the greatest, poor documentation in particular as referring to downloading of external data

I was looking for an inexpensive gadget to carry with me which I would not be afraid to lose or break and which would carry my address book and other info which I keep on my Palm organizer. YO-P20 does exactly that. I exported address and memo info from my Palm in comma separated value format, then imported it to the YO-P20. The first line of the comma separated value file before importing it to Sharp TEL1 or TEL2 directory has to be:

Name, Address, E-mail, URL etc

Similarly, the first line of comma separated value file before importing it to Sharp MEMO directory has to be: Description

The manual does not explain it and without inserting such lines data can not be imported! I give it 4 stars.

I do not agree with the previous review. The address can take several lines under headings of e-mail, URL etc. The address line can accept 72 characters, certainly enough for an address
