I purchased this microwave/convection oven 1 year and 4 months ago, it dropped dead while heating a cup of coffee, it is off warranty, we contacted sharp, and was told we have to pay to get it fixed, so we are out of luck, it is going to cost as much as we payed for it, so it is now junk!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
