Also disappointed

Like the previous rating, I bought my microwave in December 2005 only to have it die after a little more than a year and a half. Sharp has no service center in my local area even though I live in a city that is the center of a metropolitan area. I would have to take it 35 miles to the nearest place. Not knowing what the final cost would be, I opted to shell out another $100 for another brand. Customer service is exactly as the previous rating indicated. Save your money, buy another brand, or buy lottery tickets.
