A Sharp Disappointment

The Bottom Line: Would not recommend a Sharp microwave due to poor reliability and poor customer service.
Review: We bought this microwave less than a year and a half ago and were fairly satisfied with it. Last week it quit heating things up. The light worked, it made its usual noise but no heat. We had saved the receipt and book so I started looking into...

Keep the manual!

Review: Bought at Wal*Mart on 4-11-2007. Worked fine even though we had to refer to the manual every time it was used except to warm coffee. It stopped heating food on 5-2-2008. The warranty covers parts & labor for one full year not one year & three weeks...
