Euro-Pro S3325 Handheld Steam Cleaner

I loved this machine.  I did everything I could have wanted, but the on/off switches failed twice.  It looks as if the steam gets into the electrical components and rusts/shorts them out.  Company asks for payment for shipping (both ways - up front) for warranty service.  Service rep MAY have English as a third language.  Parts are listed in the catalogue but unavailable to order.  I'm very glad the store where I purchased it had a liberal return policy.
