Euro-Pro S3325 Handheld Steam Cleaner

I purchased this steamer from Lowes and was excited to use it on my hardwood floors and tile. The steamer heated up in 10 minutes and had good continuous steam. I noticed the heating light kept coming on but the steam never stopped. The floors looked good after use. I decided to hand mop my floors after steaming to see if they were clean...they WERE NOT!! I also tried it on grout with no luck. It did clean my cook top and windows/mirrors well. Also did a good job on sinks and granite counters...I don't think I will keep it since what I really wanted was a floor cleaner.
