Right into Shape!

First of all I'd like to say that I don't know if I can begin to describe what a great magazine this is. I just love it! But here it goes:

Shape is a great magazine for women who care about they're health, their bodies, and physical being. I picked it up when I was about to hit the gym and needed some inspiration on the treadmill so I happened to pick this magazine up about 6-7 months ago. It is so great! It has everything that you could ever need in a women's fitness magazine and more.

For those of you "home jocks" such as I can be when I'm too lazy to get my tuffy to the gym they give you great at home exercizes. Ones that work I might add! It makes the guilt from not going to the gym just all that much easier.

As for healthy eating, this magazine gives you tips on calorie feeling that way. There are great ideas for meals as well as recipes to create them. Along with that pictures to tentalize your visual tastebuds!

Next, Fashion is in there. Sports fashion that is, it shows you whats in and new, and how good it is just to find out if it suits your needs. Its great, compacted with pictures for you to take a look at, no problem!

Lastly, the articles written are great, you can read them and not think your reading a fitness magazine, its great. Its really an inspirtaion, some of these stories!

What a great magazine! Such an inspiration. Keep this tagging along in your gym bag and you will be doing yourself a world of good. It keeps your mind off the work your doing on the cardio machine too!
