Great for those of us who want to be in shape

Shape magazine is wonderful for those of is who want to be in shape but really do not have much time to devote to it. I like to exercise occasionally and I also like to eat healthy and this magazine has a great combination of exercise advice and healthy recipes. One of my favorite sections of the magazine is the success stories. Four or more different people are portrayed with pictures as to how they lost weight. The pictures are testimonials are truly dramatic. I am always inspired by great weight loss stories. Another great department is the how to lose weight and eat like an athlete article. The tips are practical and easy to follow and I have had great success so far. Each month there is a one week eating plan complete with list and recipes. The best part of these menus is that each one uses some type of leftovers from the night before so part of your dinner is half made before you even start. I have found many great recipes from Shape magazine. Overall I think Shape magazine would be enjoyed most by those people who look at exercise and nutrition as a "part time" job. Real fitness enthusiasts will not find enough "meat" in this magazine.
