In Shape with "SHAPE"

I would recommend SHAPE magazine for a variety of reasons. The primary one is that it appeals to women who may be at different levels in their quest for fitness. It appeals to the beginner who needs to have basic information on fitness and nutrition. I find it useful to myself, someone who has always tried to stay fit, but wants to go to the next level. It gives me the latest on new exercises and nutrition findings. The expert might feel left out, but can still find some information on what's on the cutting edge of fitness and nutrition.
I especially like the fact that it is still a "women's" magazine by giving tips on make-up, fashion, relationships, etc. With out a doubt it's primary goal,is, however to present the best ways to get in shape and stay in shape no matter where you are starting from.
My only complaint is that the magazine uses models who present an unattainable image for the average women.
