Shape keeps me healthy!

Having a subscription to this magazine is a wonderful thing. Just when you get caught up in your busy life and start forgetting to work out or eat healthy foods, you open your mailbox to find another inspiring issue.

I think Shape is great because it has lots of reader models, and success stories from people who look worse than you, which is always encouraging.

I also like that each issue has a bunch of new exercises, and although some of them require gym equipment, most of them don't. I don't have a gym membership, and most of their exercises are things I can do at home. The only equipment I have is a pair of 5 pound weights.

If you don't belong to a gym, but want a little reminder to help you exercise regularly at home, Shape is a great choice. I also like it because the women don't have giant muscles. I have no interest in looking like one of those body-builder women, and if I had to look at pictures of them it would probably encourage me AGAINST exercising. The women in Shape look healthy and strong but in a way that is still feminine.

Shape also has a website, at www.shapemag.com, but I don't think it's anywhere near as good as the actual magazine.
