The Bottom Line: This is a decent magazine if what you are looking for is mostly fitness-related articles although I would go with Self or Fitness first.

You actually get half a magazine when you purchase Shape.

The Bottom Line: After you wade through all the 'junk' in this magazine, it is good to find useful information. Good selection of articles.
Review: It is my honest opinion that no one should have to pay $3.99 U.S. or $4.99 Canadian for exactly half a magazine. I realize in this day and age we are governed by advertisers, but I hate to have it in my face all the time.

SHAPE Up or Ship Out!

The Bottom Line: Shape is for anyone that enjoys finding easy health-recipes; reading about the inner improvements and outer improvements; and wants an easy workout.
Review: Too Many Ads! Whew! Now that I?ve stated my first impression of this (and many others) magazine, I feel better. And, I didn?t have to do any exercise to feel that way. Well, to get the blood pumping probably required some cardio-vascular exercise...
