Good audio quality, nice menus (Ipod like), nice and very clear screen, pretty small and still not fragile at all.. the expansion slot is very useful if you have, for example a memory card from a digital camera

And cheap, too :-)

SanDisk NOT Customer Friendly

The Bottom Line: OK cheapy player, but SanDisk straight up lie about USB 2.0 and have very insulting tech support.
Review: ***SANDISK LIED ABOUT USB 2.0 SPEED, IT'S ONLY USB 1.1***
and they'll lie to you when you call to ask, and insult you.

I got this player as a cheap alternative to an Ipod. While it does what the other reviews say, the sound is strange...
