Sanford Sharpie Twin Tip Permanent Marker/Black

I am an artist, by trade, by hobby, by Nana (official crafting Nana) so I always have drawers full of wonderful markers, highlighters, pens, inks, stamps, glues, paper punches, edging scissors etc etc.

The Sanford Sharpie Twin Tip Ultra Fine Point Permanent Marker (2 pack #37161) is one marker that I 've found many uses for. Having two different size points in one pen is like getting a twofer. I love a bargain.

These pens are wonderful for quick sketching, more permanent renderings, marking labels, labels on folders, labels on food packaged for the freezer, your tools in hopes you get them back before the neighbors move. Speaking of which whoever borrowed my yellow and green ladder WITH my name on it several years ago bring it back, I'm still waiting. Can you put a Wanted poster of a ladder in the Post Office?

Another use I've found a life saver, coloring in bleach spots on black pants or tights. I am the "Runs with Scissors" person in the bleach world. I'm always in black when I decide to do a bleach wash and I always get splashed. I obviously don't learn from experience. Now I just color in the spot! It works like a charm.

The Sanford Sharpie Ultra Fine Point Permanent Marker is one of my art supply staples. I use it to create the glasses on the Santas I paint on old sleds, and to sign my work. I can sketch in detail on wood. I do a lot of faux finishes and use the ultrafine tip as well as the fine tip.

Warning from Sharpie:

We do not recommend the SHARPIE® for letter writing as it is solvent base ink and will soak through paper. We also do not recommend the SHARPIE for use on cloth as it may fade or bleed in the wash. Also, over time a yellow halo may appear around the marking. I didn't notice this information for a long time and by then I'd used my Sharpie on EVERYTHING but I've had no problems with it running, haloing fading or bleeding. It fades a bit on my black leggings but thats not a problem I just blacken the spots again.
