Review: We ordered this from buy.com at about $30 give or take. It was a refurbished model. I was not sure what to expect, but I love it.

Horrible Quality - 2 in a row broke

Review: First player locked up in "restoring database" mode and was unusable. We only had it 3 days.

Second player lost the left hand audio (tried multiple headsets). We only had that one 1 week.

Best Buy was nice about the whole return...
