Pros: It plays music ripped from CD's.

Cons: Does not work with online music stores, Windows Media Player, or Rhapsody.

Better to buy an IPOD Nano for a little more. Pictures are too small to see. Does not sync properly. Does not play purchased music from internet sites. Clueless and rude tech support. Their answer to every problem is to format the player or reinstall computer software, both of which fail to fix any problems.
