c140 not what advertised

There is not a way to easily tune the player using the presets, there is no one button that you can push to change radio station using presets.

How you can change radio stations is to access the radio menu by pressing down, press down three times to highlight "View all presets", then press buttons (up or down) to highlight your desired station then press select.

After contacting their customer service I was told to press Pause then Forward to change stations but you cannot do this. After I told the customer service I was unable to change presets using their method I was then told the player does not support radio presets but on the brochure it says it does.

I haven't been able to sync a playlist. I was told by customer service that officially support playlist but you can sync a m3u playlist but only after lengthy editing of EVERY SONG.

An mp3 player with radio with no presets and unable to easily sync a playlist. If I had known of these two limitations I never would of bought this one.

Also when you scroll through songs one-by-one you have to wait until the next song starts then push the button to advance to the next song. Not a big deal but on other players you could immediately push buttons 10-11 times without waiting and the player would take you forward 10-11 songs.

I am waiting for a firmware update to correct these issues. Other than those the sound is good and I can use the other features. The screen easily displays pictures. Included with the player is software to convert your piles into a format to view on the player.
