Sansa C140 DO NOT RECOMMEND

Pros: None that I could see

Cons: Read review, poor instructions, pre-programmed songs that you can't get rid of, poor quality

I took it back today and bought an IRIVER T10 which I love!
Reasons I disliked the Sansa:

1) Poor instructions both printed and on the CD
2) Cannot delete 20 pre-programmed songs, although other said they could.
3) I wanted to just drag and drop my folders but the player did not recognize my folders. Tried Windows media player but I couldn't synch my playlist.
4) Now that I got my Iriver, I can definitely see the difference in the quality between the two, no comparison! I was able to drag and drop my folders and was set up in less than 15 minutes (skimmed through instruction manual so see how controls worked.

I am going tomorrow to get another Iriver for my husband.
