Washed & Dried. . .and still works!

I have had this little thumb drive for ages. . . obviously, since now 512mb is nothing for a thumb drive. However, a few months ago the plastic ring part broke and I thought I lost it. It was found in the copy room where I work. I also lost the plastic cover for the tip a few months before (nearly) losing the entire thing. Now, I cart around with the thing in my pocket, coat, bookbag, etc. Basically, anywhere I think I'll be able to find it. One day just last week I thought it was in my coat pocket. Nope. Checked the bookbag. Nope. Opened the dryer to take out a load of laundry, and, to my dismay, my thumb drive was resting peacefully on the lint screen top. My first thoughts were, "Terrific, now I've lost my files (which I'm terrible about actually backing up), and I'm going to have to buy a new thumb drive." I thought I would just check to see if, by the grace of God, the thing still worked. You can imagine, I was completely shocked when it did! So, not only will I continue to use my old thumb drive, but I will sing the praises of SanDisk for a long, long time. (I should also back up those files now, dontcha think????) Hurray for this product! Small, maybe a little slow, but built tough! :)
