Pros: Stylish, Small, Includes FM Radio
Cons: Small Display
The Bottom Line: The Samsung YP-F1 is a small, stylish, portable MP3 player that's easy to use and even includes an FM Stereo radio.
Review: I was shopping for a birthday gift for my wife and came across the Samsung YP-F1 512MB MP3 player on sale. Ever since I acquired my iPod Nano 1GB my wife has been eyeing me with that jealous eye. Of course, when I've asked her if she wants one for ...

Pros: Ogg Vorbis, SRS WOW effects, pure USB storage device, integrated clip, plays/records FM radio
Cons: relatively short battery life, can't play audio while recharging, proprietary cable, long on/off delay
The Bottom Line: Great small flash memory DAP. Buy it if you want more features for less than the price of an iPod Shuffle.
Review: Display. The display consists of a 3 line white-on-black LCD with backlight. It can be difficult to read in full sunlight, as can any display. Samsung managed to cram as much useful information as possible into the display. You can set the ...

Pros: Small, great sound, quality, easy to use!
Cons: Cheap headphones, use another pair.
The Bottom Line: This is a player that great for everyone who only need a 512 MB storage size. Both durable and easy to use.
Review: The main reason i wanted to get an MP3 player was so i could listen to music when i went running. I used to work at Best Buy so i pretty much could see what the better products were. Even though Ipods are the most popular players today, i could tell ...

Pros: Small, lightweight, metal clip, plenty of memory (for me)
Cons: Small buttons, internal battery, adequate battery life (with poor indication), adequate-at-best volume
The Bottom Line: Recommended for those wanting a small "clip" mp3 player (no lanyard or arm-band) and not needing to store their entire song collection.
Review: I bought this mp3 player after going through several others over the years. I paid $92 at Circuit City in March 2006 (I didn't shop around much since my previous mp3 player broke and I needed a new one). I work out 4-5 times a week (lifting weights, ...

Pros: Amazing size, seems very sturdy, good view screen
Cons: I wish it had a full gig of memory
Review: This was a Christmas gift. I was stunned at how small it is. How small? Well, the recharge/download connection doubles as the earphones connection. How slick is that? Setup in Windows XP was simple. I didn't bother to load the accompanying software; ...

Pros: small, lots of cool features , holds about 100 songs
Cons: software (drivers) would not load (windows2000 pro)
Review: I had a hard time loading the drivers from the disc supplied with the unit. After fully charging it I uninstalled the software and used windows to search for a suitable driver. Using windows explorer and dragging the files over is very easy.make sure ...

Pros: Nice to look at; blue lights are cool
Cons: Won't play Blue Ray discs; check the blogs and buyer beware.
Review: I purchased the Samsung Blue Ray PD1000, and it plays regular DVDs fine; but will not play all Blue Ray discs (check the blogs). Even with the firmware "fix", problems remain. As a matter of fact, now it will not even play any Blue Ray discs. Samsung ...
