BEWARE the Samsung rebate

Pros: Good sound. Compact. Sleek.

Cons: Not real secure. Falls out eventually even with the smallest gel piece.

Samsung rebate center won't honor a web rebate form from an authorized web dealer. They said that they won't accept the downloaded rebate form that the dealer posted. I can't find a live person to help at Samsung customer service. The automated message says to contact the dealer. The dealer says to contact Samsung. This stinks. I'm out $30.

UPDATE: After 4 months of emailing Samsung, Datavis and Buy.com I finally received my rebate. From now on I will be very wary of online rebate forms.
