The Bottom Line: Avoid Samsung! Poor, or non existent, QC. CS doesn't know the meaning of SERVICE! Hours on phone! CVE, Samsung's repair facility, returned unit STILL broken! BUYER (of Samsung Products)BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Poorly made junk

Review: Reasonable picture quality from DVD while it worked.

Remote was somewhat hard to use. Could not figure out
how to step through frames.

The DVD player laser malfunctioned on day 92 of ownership.
It claims all discs...

Another one bites the dust

Review: Looks like there is a pattern here. My DVD player quit working after 5 months of use, and that is only using it on average of once a week. Of course it is past the 90 day labor warranty. I did notice that the new ones have a one year parts and labor...
