The Bottom Line: Avoid Samsung! Poor, or non existent, QC. CS doesn't know the meaning of SERVICE! Hours on phone! CVE, Samsung's repair facility, returned unit STILL broken! BUYER (of Samsung Products)BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
