Bought the LNT4661 46" LCD thinking Samsung was a reliable company, turns out they dont want to have anything to do with you if you have a defective product. Power issues with the screen, there is sound but no picture, has been replaced once, started doing it again with the new screen and Samsung will not help "it is their policy" not to sent a repair person out if the product is under warranty and the problem is not continuous and it is also "their policy" to tell the customer that they are SOL after the warranty is up when the problem becomes continuous. My TV is a month past warranty and is now a very expensive door stop. I also have issues with the Samsung DVD player and the Samsung wireless speaker system. I will NEVER buy another Samsung product again and I will ensure that none of my family and friends do either.
