Wish I'd never ordered it.

I've had this for one month. Here are the problems thus far:

1. Horrendous grinding noise when warming up, printing or copying.

2. Vertical streaks down the center of every page when printing or copying.

3. Thick red line down the left side of every page scanned using document feeder.

4. Inability to print envelopes with manual feeder.

I have spent hours dealing with Samsung's product support (whose extremely poor customer service is another story entirely), but still do not have a functional printer. I have complained to Samsung's corporate offices and now await reply.

I have a hard time believing that all of these problems are limited to my lone printer. I am asking Samsung for a refund of the cost, because I don't have any faith that a replacement will work any better.
