Crippled by Design Flaw

The Bottom Line: Either wait for Samsung to iron this one out or move on entirely. Almost looks as if it was rushed to market.
Review: I was impressed by the size, spec, and price on the CLX-3160FN, so I went ahead and ordered one. I never even got to use it, however.

Whilst setting up the printer, I reached the point where I was ready to connect the printer and install...

Review: This thing broke 2 weeks after purchase. The tranfer belt failed. Samsung sent a replacement part...that one was also bad. Waited a month while they supposedly resolved the issue with this belt but never got a responce to direct emails to a tech...

plagued by paper jams

Review: I have had the samsung clx-3160fn for 6 months now. I have never experienced so many paper jams before. They occur on a daily basis and it can take 5 minutes to fix each time. I tried phoning samsung about it, but they were essentially useless.
