The Bottom Line: BUY IT! If you want a reliable medium volume good quality laser printer and don't want to break the bank, this is the one to get!
When my wife and I started our web development business we were on quite a shoestring budget. I was looking for a laser printer since ink jet printers suck money out of your wallet faster than kids do, given the price and page yield of ink jet cartridges. I have used many laser printers over the years and used to be factory authorized to repair HP Laser-Jets, just couldn't justify the price tag. We found the Samsung ML-2010 at a local electronics reseller for under $40.00 with the mail in rebate. We decided to give it a try, heck if it didn't work we were only out $40.00.
This little printer is amazing! With many options for controlling printing in the driver software. Low cost of toner cartridges versus page yield (around 3000) and good print speed you can't go wrong! After a year and a half of daily use it has barely burped. We had one issue with the toner save light staying on, I called tech support and their knowledgeable tech was a huge help. Stating that it was an engineering defect and that the light does that sometimes. He helped me get it shut off and all has been perfect since!
