Not a reliable printer

While the Samsung ML-2010 printer produces a good quality print and is reasonably fast, it jams repeatedly. I am not sure why, but every now and then (several times a week) it decides to jam. It will then jam two or three more times. I have tried it with different paper weights and paper from different manufacturers with the same results. It the machine did not jam, it would be a decent laser printer.

It does get very hot in the upper section when operating. On occasion I have water vapor coming out of the paper exit. Not sure if this is a problem with the machine.

I cannot recommend this printer.
